Rod Matsumoto is the founder of the Aguia ecosystem. He started Aguia Studio in Perth, Western Australia, and built it into a B2B aerial cinematography agency with work featured on Netflix, AppleTV+, and Disney+.
He holds a CASA ReOC certification and has run commercial drone operations for Maritime, Mining, and Defence sector clients for over eight years. He built Drone Pilot Master Class to teach other operators what he learned. He built Aguia Lab to automate what he had to do manually.
